Lease Length:

This Apartment is available for a three to six month lease.

Occupancy:

Occupancy for one adult (and up to one child).

Facilities:

This apartment is on the third floor so good physical stamina and shape is required. All kitchen and bathroom facilities are in the same building but on the first and second floor. Outside living is part of the intentional life at an ecovillage.

Pets:

Generally speaking no pets allowed. A rare exception can be made depending on the circumstance. Earthaven Ecovillage is not a highly pet friendly project.

Description:

This 288 square foot, two room, fully furnished, apartment is on the third floor of our hand-build, off-grid home, surrounded by a 4-acre working farm in the heart of Earthaven Ecovillage.

This apartment is private with its own entrance but also part of a CoHousing Neighborhood and common-walled building. Renters have access to 11 acres of neighborhood land, off-grid utilities, large project kitchen, workshop, gardens, plus hundreds of acres of forest in the heart of Earthaven Ecovillage. Cost:

$675/mo plus $85/month utilities fee per adult plus participating in a once a month neighborhood workday. Earthaven Ecovillage fees apply. Application & Visit required.

Neighborhood:

Village Terraces is the most developed neighborhood at Earthaven with very comfortable and ecologically responsible amenities. We are a very stable group of folks (adults and children) in two separate common-wall buildings with centralized off-grid, renewable energy, utilities (power, water, heat).
