For many of us, Tantra is a path of awakening that supports us in releasing old patterns, accessing our innate wisdom, and being fully present with all of who we are — including our desires, our shadows, our tenderness, and our wildness.
Our sexuality is an innate and natural part of being human. When we gather to move, breathe, and connect in embodied ways, aliveness can arise. Sometimes that aliveness includes sensual or sexual expression. Sometimes it doesn’t.
This is an embodied, consent-based dance immersion — not a sexual workshop. There is nothing explicitly sexual built into the structure of the practices or exercises. Our clear agreements include bottoms staying on and no genital engagement. These are firm boundaries that support safety and integrity.
At the same time, we do not shame or suppress sexual energy if it naturally arises within someone’s internal experience or outward expression. Sexual energy is life force. It can move as creativity, warmth, magnetism, play, depth, or simple presence.
You are never required to engage with anyone. You are welcome to dance solo, to witness, to stay distinct, to participate lightly, or not at all. Watching is participation. Boundaries are participation. Distance is participation.
We are practicing erotic maturity — the ability to feel what is true in our bodies, honor it, communicate clearly, and remain within shared agreements.
This is a conscious, consent-rooted space for embodied aliveness within clear relational edges.
You get to be true to what arises for you.
