Eros in Motion

A Tantric Dance Immersion

An afternoon-evening immersion in movement, ritual, and eros as they weave a field of play, connection, and ecstacy.

Saturday, May 16, 2026
1:30-10:30pm

A Community-Based Tantra Dance!

Eros in Motion is an ecstatic style dance grounded in guided solo, paired, and small‑group practices, plus simple connecting prompts that help us explore what it’s like to delight in our own bodies while also sharing in tender and real connection with others.

There are both structured and free-form dance components to the day.

Eros in Motion is a warm, respectful, inclusive community‑based space
where all genders, all body types, and all sexual orientations are welcome.

Eros in Motionis a low-pressure, non-performative container.

As an erotic‑friendly space this means that nudity, touch, connection, and sensual (non-gential) engagement are welcome. Yet this event is NOT a play party, a swinger event, or a couples‑only event.

All engagement is optional, and you’re invited to participate at your level of comfort.

Our agreements include: substance‑free; consent‑based interactions; “bottoms on” (otherwise, clothing‑optional nudity is welcome within the container); no genital engagement.

From October 2025 Participants:

“The Tantric Puja Dance was exquisite in every way from the exercises to the music to the leadership to the quality of the participants to the space.

This was clearly curated by and for reaching ecstatic states within our bodies and communities. It was a very powerful medicine journey without a substance.

So grateful to the team for sharing their gifts with us and holding a container for playful transcendence. Keep doing them – the world needs this.”

“This event was magical and transformative! I experienced a level of effortless connection that was grounded in care while simultaneously electrifying – riding wave after wave of communal heartgasms.

I left overflowing with love and appreciation. I think the incorporation of dance allowed a deeper mingling of energy that I have not experienced at other erotic events.

There was a greater energetic cohesion with open hearts for bliss and love to arise. Shared Eros at this level is personally and collectively transformative. Thank you ♥️”

“After a whirlwind of recent events, I’ve been more aware of my social anxiety and resistance to groups larger than 5-6 people.

I was really pleased to feel the safety and coziness of this container. Being in a spacious setting, I was less intimidated by where to put myself in the group.

At one point I was just standing in the center of everyone laying and cuddling on the floor, that was a memorable moment of feeling my relationship to the whole.”

Who is Welcome?

Eros in Motion is open to adult humans of all experience levels; you don’t need prior tantra training or even any dance experience.

If you’re drawn to this immersion, you might be craving more depth and play, longing for greater embodiment and intimacy, or feeling called to the personal growth and expansion of your own social edges in a loving environment.

What matters most is your willingness to be present, to listen to your own body, and to respect the boundaries and humanity of everyone around you.

It’s certainly helpful if you already have some kind of embodiment practice, familiarity with conscious communication, an ability to self‑regulate, and some comfort with consent and boundaries. Yet you don’t have to be “good” at any of that to attend. The structure of the day—clear agreements, guided exercises, simple consent language, and repeated reminders—will support you to choose your level of engagement at every step.

An important note is that this is not a therapeutic environment. Our team is trauma‑informed, aware, and experienced, but it’s still possible that challenging material will arise. We hold a strong orientation toward safety, integrity, and intentionality, and each of us is also responsible for our own self‑care, communication, and choices.

You’re invited to step in as an imperfect human—with your quirks, edges, and wisdom—and help co‑create an environment where all of us feel welcomed, mistakes are met with repair, and everyone is learning together.

Over time, we’re aiming toward what we call “erotic maturity”: an ever‑deepening capacity for sovereignty, honesty, play, and care in erotic community. More here: https://reclaimingwisdom.com/erotic-maturity/

Eros in Motion is beginner‑friendly if you’re up for learning new skills, taking responsibility for your own limits, and playing with expanded versions of yourself.

What is Tantra?

5564821 © Anatoly Zavodskov | Dreamstime.com

In the context of the Eros in MotionA Tantric Dance Immersion, Tantra is not a set of techniques or tricks—it’s a way of being more fully alive in our own bodies.

Tantra is about intimacy with ourselves and with each other: feeling our sensations, emotions, and desires, and letting that aliveness move through us in healthy, connected ways.

  • Tantra invites us to reclaim sensuality and sexuality—the most powerful and creative energies we have access to—as our healthy, beautiful birthright.
  • Tantra invites us to trust pleasure as a source of guidance and healing.
  • Tantra invites us to attune so deeply to breath, sensation, emotion, and energy that we begin to feel the truth: the divine lives in us and in each other.

At birth we were given bodies; Tantra helps us learn how to inhabit these bodies so we can blossom into the essence of who we came here to be.

What Age Range Are You Expecting?

    From 18 to 101.

All ages, stages, and styles are welcome!

Is This for Couples or Singles?
How Hetero vs. Queer Will the Dance Be?

Eros in Motion is a queer friendly dance but there are also plenty of folks who identify as hetero. All are welcome.

Our  practices, exercises, and pairings invite connection with all types of “others” – that’s part of the fun.

Each participant may choose engagement at their level of comfort.

Is This Event Sexual? Is there an expectation of Sexuality?

For many of us, Tantra is a path of awakening that supports us in releasing old patterns, accessing our innate wisdom, and being fully present with all of who we are — including our desires, our shadows, our tenderness, and our wildness.

Our sexuality is an innate and natural part of being human. When we gather to move, breathe, and connect in embodied ways, aliveness can arise. Sometimes that aliveness includes sensual or sexual expression. Sometimes it doesn’t.

This is an embodied, consent-based dance immersion — not a sexual workshop. There is nothing explicitly sexual built into the structure of the practices or exercises. Our clear agreements include bottoms staying on and no genital engagement. These are firm boundaries that support safety and integrity.

At the same time, we do not shame or suppress sexual energy if it naturally arises within someone’s internal experience or outward expression. Sexual energy is life force. It can move as creativity, warmth, magnetism, play, depth, or simple presence.

You are never required to engage with anyone. You are welcome to dance solo, to witness, to stay distinct, to participate lightly, or not at all. Watching is participation. Boundaries are participation. Distance is participation.

We are practicing erotic maturity — the ability to feel what is true in our bodies, honor it, communicate clearly, and remain within shared agreements.

This is a conscious, consent-rooted space for embodied aliveness within clear relational edges.

You get to be true to what arises for you.

    Why Aren’t Children Allowed?

This is an adult dance with eros-friendly, sensuality-friendly, and nudity-friendly themes.
