If you’d like to be considered as a tenant in the below apartments, feel free to read, IN DETAIL, about the apartments by clicking on the links below. Also don’t miss the About Us and About You page, the What to Expect page and the Rental Details page for the specific apartment you are interested in.

Dragon Apartment

$650, plus $85 utility fee per adult.

Occupied. The current lease ends March 31, 2024. 

Dragon Apartment: Furnished, 2 Rooms, 288 square feet, third floor. For a three to six month lease. Occupancy for one adult (and up to one child).

An  Earthaven Ecovillage Tour is required before seeing this apartment as the context is essential.

Hummingbird Apartment

$975, plus $85 utility fee per adult.

Occupied. The current lease ends March 31, 2024. 

Hummingbird Apartment: Unfurnished, 4 Rooms, 576 square feet, second floor. Minimum six month lease. Occupancy for up to two adults (and children).

An  Earthaven Ecovillage Tour is required before seeing this apartment as the context is essential.

Available March 1, 2024

Goddess Apartment: Furnished, 2 Rooms, 288 square feet, third floor. For a six month lease. Occupancy for one adult.

Applications for All Apartments

Please see each apartment for specific availability.

If there is nothing available, you are welcome to add your name to the waitlist to be contacted upon an opening. At which point you will be asked to fill out an application. You are required to fill out an application to be considered for the apartment. 

If you’d like to take the time to fill out an application now, regardless of apartment availability, it will put you further along in the process. 

Application for Any Apartment

You will be placed on the waitlist if the apartment you want is not available. Filling out the application puts you further along in the process should something open up.

We will be in touch should an apartment open up and no other candidates with an application are available. 

No Dogs Allowed

Hello beloved fur families. I know that animals are an important part of many people’s lives. But currently they are not allowed at Earthaven by visitors or residents.

This decision was passed by our Council process on 8/14/22. It is the new official policy. 

“Only Provisional Members, Full Members, and HOA full members are welcome to apply to have a pet dog at EH. This excludes visitors, STNRs, and LTNRs from having a pet dog.”

Indoor ONLY cats are still allowed. Please do NOT ask me about exceptions to dogs. There are none. This is very common in many intentional communities.
